Picnic Shelter / Rec Room Reservation

Service Description

Have an event coming up and need a space? Rent the picnic shelter/rec area to ensure your party is a success! + Flat screen usage w/ Netflix, Pandora, Youtube, & the ability to sign into any streaming service! + Varying types of seating supplied for anyone! + Darts, Pool table, poker set, arcade game, board games & much more for entertainment! + Ample plug-ins around the walls for food warmers, chargers, or anything else you may need! + Bar rail and seating, led & natural lighting, along with ceiling fans to keep you cool! The Picnic shelter is located in the center of the campground with lots of green space surrounding it! Your Reservation is valid for the entire day, but you may show up anytime the day you have booked. (Please note your anticipated arrival time) and we ask that at the end of your reservation please have the facility cleaned up, wiped down, swept, and any trash taken to the dumpster with a bag replaced in the trash canister, & be cleaned up & moved out of the space by 11:59pm the day of booking to ensure any new parties have access to the facility to begin their event. *Restroom not currently provided with space, please have accommodations lined up prior to your event. *Water Hookup not provided but water can be found at hose on side of house if needed.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your rental time or date please try to contact us within 24 hours of the rental. If for any reason you need to reschedule your time. We will need 1 hour notice from your scheduled time or your rental will result in a forfeit of your rental and rental cost.
